There is a new craze going around and it is easy to make: Lotion Bars!

I had never heard of these until someone else posted about it on Facebook.
Wow, do I love them now and they are simple to make and will save you a bundle of money in the long run.

Allow to cool completely. I sat mine outside to take advantage of the cold winter months.

To remove the lotion bars easily, place them into the freezer for 30 minutes after they have cooled.

** You can also add essential oils for fragrance and health benefits. I added the essential oils to the poured bars in the mold before the centers cooled. We used 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil.
